NEWBURYPORT, MA – (August 8, 2011) – AgilePath Corporation, a leading IT
management and technology consulting firm, today is proud to announce its new
partnership with CGI, a full IT service provider.
The partnership with CGI is focused on the delivery of Government IT contract services.
The first engagement is a multi-year governance effort for the State of California
Franchise Tax Board (FTB).
AgilePath’s main focus of work within FTB will be for the Enterprise Data to Revenue
(EDR) project with an emphasis on enterprise governance, incorporating the EDR
governance into a consistent fabric of governance across all of the FTB.
Ms. Gerri Magers, Project Director for the EDR Initiative of CGI stated, “We chose
AgilePath to partner with us on the EDR project given AgilePath’s experience and
proven methodology on legacy modernization projects.” EDR is a state sponsored
program to focus on the California Tax Gap and improving tax collections throughout the
state.
Governance is a key component of modernization efforts as companies replace legacy
systems, expand their use of Service Oriented Architectures, and explore Cloud
Computing. The AgilePath approach ensures a consistent application of best practices
and institutional controls when organizations look to newer technologies to improve their
business.
“This is an exciting opportunity for AgilePath to partner with proven leader like CGI.
The two companies have synergies that provide a combination of expertise to bring
forward as a team for the EDR engagement. This will only help FTB with their future
strategies and directions,” stated Mr. Eric Marks, President and CEO of AgilePath
Corporation.
AgilePath looks forward to a long lasting relationship with CGI and future opportunities
to support our West Coast business.

As Seen In… Forbes, May 9, 2011

When AgilePath Corporation earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies the first year it was eligible, President and CEO Eric Marks was pleased but not surprised.

In 2009, AgilePath was ranked #723 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest- Growing Private Companies.

After all, the Newburyport, Massachusetts based IT professional services firm, founded in 2003, had quickly made a name for itself as a thought leader in helping businesses and organizations take full advantage of emerging technologies such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Cloud computing. And Marks is the author or co-author of six cutting-edge books on how these technological breakthroughs can help companies of all sizes become more agile and achieve operational excellence. Cloud computing, he explains, allows users of computers and other devices to obtain shared resources, such as infrastructure, development platforms, and software and information on-demand, via the Internet, paying only for what they use. Technologies like SOA and Cloud computing are enabling business model innovation and enterprise agility, while driving cost and resource efficiencies in parallel.

AgilePath provides management, technology and systems engineering consulting to commercial and federal government customers, helping them make the best technology choices for their specific needs and realize their business objectives from those choices. For example, the firm was recently retained by a Department of Defense agency to develop a Cloud computing strategy, technical reference architecture and an implementation plan based on AgilePath’s Cloud Computing Playbook™ methodology.

“We’re vendor-neutral,” Marks stresses, “so we don’t re-sell software. Rather, we help our clients achieve their strategic goals through the adoption of emerging technologies.”

As for that Inc. ranking, Marks says AgilePath is on track to do even better this year. In fact, it is opening a new office, in Concord, California, to serve a growing West Coast clientele. “We’re growing rapidly, and we’re bullish on our future.”

5000 Fast-Growth Companies to Quell Your Recession Fears –
List Reports Aggregate Revenue of $185 Billion

AgilePath Corporation Ranks No. 723 on the 2008 Inc. 5,000
With Three-Year Sales Growth of 395.7%

NEW YORK, August 12, 2009 – Inc. today ranked AgilePath Corporation No. 723 on its annual
ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the country. The list is the most
comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s independentminded
entrepreneurs. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S.
economy.

“Our second annual Inc. 5000 continues the most ambitious project in business journalism,” said
Inc. 5000 Project Manager Jim Melloan. “The Inc. 5000 gives an unrivalled portrait of young,
underreported companies across all industries doing fascinating things with cutting-edge
business models, as well as older companies that are still showing impressive growth.”

AgilePath Corporation is an IT services firm focused on applying emerging technologies such as
SOA and Cloud computing to help firms achieve greater enterprise agility, faster time to market,
and superior return on IT investments. AgilePath’s practices and solutions focus on serviceoriented
architecture (SOA), Cloud computing, enterprise governance, enterprise architecture
and solution delivery for Commercial F1000 and Federal Government agencies.

“AgilePath is pleased to make this impressive list in our first year of eligibility,” stated CEO Eric
Marks. “Our Inc 5000 recognition is a testimonial to the men and women of AgilePath who have
worked hard for our clients to support this growth. Of course, this is just a beginning, and we
will use this ranking as motivation to improve our performance in the years to come.”

The 5000 companies that made the list reported aggregate revenue of $185 billion and median
three-year growth of 147 percent. Most important, the 2008 Inc. 5000 companies were engines
of job growth, having created more than 826,033 jobs since those companies were founded.
Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and a list of the fastest-growing
companies that can be sorted by industry and region can be found at www.inc5000.com.

Hottest Regions for Fastest-Growing Companies

The New York metro area tops the Inc. 5000 list with the most companies of any city with 355.
Washington, D.C. comes in a close second with 300 companies on the list; Los Angeles comes
in third with 244 companies, and Atlanta (194 companies) and Chicago (189 companies) round
out the top five. Interestingly, only 62 companies on the Inc. 5000 are not based in metropolitan
areas.

Grand Rapids, Mich. leads the list with the highest median revenue of any metro area ($26.2
million, 16 companies), followed by San Antonio, Texas ($21.3 million, 25 companies), Baton
Rouge, La. ($18.8 million, 14 companies), Houston ($17.1 million, 97 companies), and Kansas
are in the Energy category (which grew by 298%), followed by Government Services (which
grew by 220%), Security (200% growth), IT Services and Software (both grew by 187%), and
Consulting (which grew by 182% on average).

The largest business category is IT Services, with 579 Inc. 5000 companies. Business Services
(532 companies), Construction (459), Manufacturing (405), and Advertising & Marketing (361)
