AgilePath Appoints Corporate CTO and VP Federal Practice

NEWBURYPORT, MA – (April 28, 2009) – AgilePath Corporation, the industry’s
leading SOA consulting firm, today announced the promotion of Mr. Umesh Vemuri to
Corporate Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of AgilePath’s Federal
Government Practice. This promotion recognizes Mr. Vemuri’s contribution and value to
AgilePath’s success across both its Federal Government and Commercial business
portfolios.

for AgilePath’s Federal Government and Commercial business units.
