Establishes Healthcare SOA Practice for Providers and Payers

NEWBURYPORT, MA—July 16, 2007 – AgilePath Corporation, a leading service-oriented
architecture (SOA) management and technology consulting firm, announced a
new SOA contract with Partners Healthcare, its first in the healthcare industry. AgilePath
will be providing SOA consulting services to Partners in support of its internal SOA
initiative. This contract formalizes AgilePath’s entry into the healthcare industry to
provide its industry leading solutions for SOA strategy, SOA governance, enterprise
architecture and SOA implementation services.

“AgilePath’s SOA Governance Playbook™ methodology is an industry-leading solution
for assessing, designing and implementing SOA governance processes, policies and
enabling technology in support of Partners’ SOA strategy,” stated Eric Marks, President
and CEO of AgilePath Corporation. “We are pleased and excited with the opportunity to
demonstrate the value of AgilePath’s SOA solutions in support of this strategic
relationship with Partners.”

AgilePath redefined the SOA governance landscape in February 2006 with its SOA
Governance Reference Model™, which established a vendor neutral framework for SOA
governance based on organization and processes rather than software tools. AgilePath’s
SOA Governance Playbook™ methodology is the industry’s leading model for
establishing SOA governance capabilities, organizational models, processes and policies
to support client SOA initiatives.

“Taking an SOA approach to clinical systems development and integration is a key
strategic initiative for Partners,” stated Steve Flammini, Chief Technology Officer of
Partners IS. “Our engagement with AgilePath will enhance our ability to execute on our
SOA strategy and grow our SOA program across our enterprise.”
